About Theresa Dowdall

A result oriented sales professional with over 31 years of experience in sales negotiations, marketing, client management with a proven track record. She has decades of experience negotiating transactions and closing deals. The last 15 years have been in residential real estate in Maryland with a concentration in Montgomery county. She offers clients unique insight and knowledge of the local real estate market.

Prior to pursuing real estate, Theresa worked for one of the largest healthcare companies in the industry. Her sales and negotiation skills became fine tuned and assisted her in to becoming an expert in determining clients’ needs and formulating creative solutions. Her past marketing experience allows her the ability to be the local expert when conducting competitive marketing analysis for any client. These combined abilities have given her the tools to determine client's needs with every step of the way in the real estate transaction.

She is married with three boys and lives in Silver Spring, Maryland. Her hobbies are running, biking, hiking, swimming, tennis and tri-ahtolons. She serves on the board for Ben's Run, (a non for profit organization) and is a proud sponsor and volunteer of the organization. She loves to travel, entertain and most of all be with her family and her border collie, Lillie.
